Don't worry. Some computer geek will soon post and tell you why it isn't really CCP's fault and why you are an idiot for "whining" about not being able to play a game you are paying real money for.

It is deader than a 2004 thread about Kessies firing Cruise missiles.

Edit: And stop wining to CCP about it, there's nothing they can do as this is a global pipeline problem it seems, nothing to do except wait.
Hmm don't see anyone "whining to CCP" about it. I see a bunch of people discussing the issue though.
Nothing more predictable than "the voice of reason" people telling others to shut up when this happens. Take your own advice okay?
Oh and when it does come back up and we all log back on you are saying everyone should just stay docked into the hanger because it might happen again?
That sounds like resounding fun and the exact reason why I pay my subscription...thanks for that advice sir. After I am done with YOUR version of EvE, I am going to watch some paint dry as a nightcap.

Seriously, some of you guys are so comical when the server blips off for a few minutes. Just take a 5 minute break, realise that there are going to be times when you cant access EVE for whatever reason and remember that Oveur has installed one of these above each of their employees beds, and each time the server goes down - that light be'a flashing and a' whirring.
At leasts, thats how i deal with the situation.
5 Minutes? This has been going on all night and guess what? It did the same thing last night too.
I am sure most rational people understand that the game will crash occasionally but the key word here is "occasionally."
I think people would be more understanding if this was WoW or DAOC where a crash is no big deal but in a game where a big loss hurts and petitions have to be filled out to get stuff back and then they tell you "sorry no record of this occuring" maybe you should give us "whiners" a bit of slack?

Originally by: Jinhai Storm We're all paying customers here, yes CCP has problems at the moment but this isn't really the place to duscuss patch bugs etc, there's plenty of other forum threads about this topic. As has been said numerous times, this is out of CCP's hands (unless you have a private connection to the EVE server...) as this is a connectivity issue with the main networks. Please go re-read this thread if this isn't clear.
A link was provided on page 1 for the internet traffic and health reports so you can go and see for yourself where the problems are.
lol what do you mean this isn't the place to discuss this? They even made this thread a "sticky" so we COULD discuss it.

Edit: Anyway, I'm gonna do the SENSIBLE thing and just go and let it stabilise on it's own while I get some sleep.
Yes it sounds like you very much need to get some sleep....good night.
