As has been said numerous times, this is out of CCP's hands (unless you have a private connection to the EVE server...) as this is a connectivity issue with the main networks. Please go re-read this thread if this isn't clear. A link was provided on page 1 for the internet traffic and health reports so you can go and see for yourself where the problems are. lol what do you mean this isn't the place to discuss this? They even made this thread a "sticky" so we COULD discuss it.
